REVISED NOTICE OF THE 2021 ESSEX TENNIS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As you are aware it is usual for the above AGM to take place in the first 10 days of January each year. However due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic a decision has been taken to postpone this meeting until 1.00.p.m. on 25th February 2021. This will enable us to prevent unnecessary travel and best protect our members, councillors, colleagues, and the office team. This will be a ‘Closed’ Meeting and attendees will not be allowed. This will also ensure that we conform to current Government legislation/advice regarding travel, movement, and meeting restrictions.

REVISED NOTICE OF THE 2021 COMPETITIONS COMMITTEE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As you are probably aware the above AGM usually takes place in the first 15 days of January each year. However due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic we have decided to postpone this meeting until 7.30pm. on 4th March 2021.
As is the case for many similar organisations and in accordance with recent changes to Government legislation in light of Covid-19, we have made the decision for the postponement and also we will not be inviting attendees to this event. This is to prevent unnecessary travel and best protect our members, councillors, colleagues and the office team. This will also ensure that we conform with current Government legislation/advice regarding travel, movement and meeting restrictions.
