As you are aware it is usual for the above AGM to take place in the first 10 days of January each year. However due to the Covid-19 coronavirus  a decision was taken to postpone this meeting until 1.00.p.m. on 25th February 2021.  This enabled us to prevent unnecessary travel and best protect our members, councilors, colleagues, and the office team. This was a  ‘Closed’ Meeting and attendees were not allowed. This also  ensured that we conformed to current Government legislation/advice regarding travel, movement, and meeting restrictions.  

We are pleased to say that this meeting took place very successfully.  For your information the Notes and Conclusions of this meeting are included below.  These have been sent individually to all Club Main Contacts, Club Secretaries and Club Secretaries.
